Additionally, if you wish, since our glasses are 100% COPPER, you can also use them to ionize water. Here's how:

COPPER is a NATURAL PURIFIER and HEALER, it's a metal with oligodynamic, i.e., self-cleaning, effects. Drinking water from a copper vessel is an ancient practice in AYURVEDIC MEDICINE, which has excellent health benefits. When you let water sit in your COPPER PITCHER, a very small amount of ions will dissolve into the water, helping to eliminate fungi, microbes, and bacteria in your body.

Therefore, we have also designed these glasses so you can take advantage of the benefits that copper has for your body!

How to use

To cure or clean your glasses: 

1.- Pour the juice of ½ or 1 natural lemon inside each glass + ½ tbsp. of ground salt per glass, and scrub the entire inside of each glass with the salt and lemon juice for a few seconds. Use your fingers for this. 

2.- Fill your glasses with warm water to the top and let this entire mixture (lemon juice + salt + warm water) sit for at least 2 hours.

3.- After 2 hours, discard the mixture, and wash your glasses with water and/or dish soap and rinse.

4.- Perform this cleaning when using them for the first time and then only twice a month to wash them. *Avoid using abrasive sponges on the outside of the glasses.

5.- Once you have cured or washed them, you can start using them! 

*You can use your glasses to store ONLY WATER; before going to sleep, fill your glass with water and let it sit overnight (minimum 8 hours) and the next day you can drink it and enjoy the benefits of ionized water.

*If you wish to drink an ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE in your copper glasses, you MAY do so, but try not to store your drink for more than 30 minutes in the glass.

* It is suggested per person to drink up to 1 liter of ionized water per day.

* It is suggested to drink ionized or copper-infused water for 3 months, then rest for 1 month, and repeat this cycle.

To keep in mind

Our glasses are made of 100% PURE COPPER, and it is NORMAL that when copper comes into contact with humidity (water), it darkens. This will happen to your glasses only on the inside, as the copper on the inside is pure and not polished like the outside. This darkness or stains are a SIGN OF COPPER PURITY and can appear even the first time you fill your bottle with water, but it is NORMAL for them to appear; it does not mean it is dirty or damaged, and we remove them by cleaning them as described above twice a month.
